Pico is committed to offering immersive and interactive VR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare. Responsibilities: Create and manage marketing and social content for both Korea and Japan markets Develop key messages to effectively communicate brand values and offerings Oversee brand management activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful creative assets Localize content to cater to specific regional preferences and target audiences
Qualifications
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a creative role, preferably as a designer - Proficiency in English, Japanese and Korea is essential given that this role will be managing external stakeholders in Japan and Korea - Strong design skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and engaging content - Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
