About the team TikTok Shop Creative Team produces visual design and UX design that improves TikTok Shop user experience for campaigns, social, etc.The design team is comprised of world-class visual designers, 3D experts, motion designers and UX designers. We have a passion for, and deep knowledge of TikTok as a platform, and are full of ideas that will help propel the product into the future. Responsibilities: -Concept development: Strong conceptual thinker. Understanding the e-commerce product and operation needs and goals. Brainstorm with operation and product team to bring core narratives to concept; -Art direction: Harness best-in-class production practices, stay up to date on graphics and design trends, resources and innovation to push boundaries and enhance TikTok Shop's creative product; -Academy Promo materials excution: Visualize the core concept, develop the key visual and the related visual assets, using Figma, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator and more, contribute visual guidelines; -Maintain design assets : Contribute and maintain TikTok Shop Academy design assets.
Qualifications
- Understanding of visual design elements, color, and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends; - Developing graphics for Key visual and related extentional materials; - 3D and motion design skills are bonus; - Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines; - Capable of working across a suite of creative software from Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as Final Cut Pro, 3D Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Da Vinci etc... - Detail oriented. Ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload; - Experience working on a tight production schedule and translating ideas into action; - Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly, in a fast-paced work environment; - Must be dependable, positive, open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually; - Good communicator and ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner; - Good time management skills and creative situational awareness ability.
