The Enterprise Product And Solution Business Development team is one of the critical teams within ByteDance. We support multiple international products and services to explore and develop around the global markets. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our OEM Partnerships team with a focus on strengthening the strategic partnerships with global OEM partner(s). This position requires excellent relationship building and product management including the appropriate level of influence and persuasiveness, along with the ability to work efficiently at all levels of an organization. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to drive distribution and revenue for internal products & services. - Identify and prioritize partner goals, becoming an expert on each organization, business model and strategic priorities. - Explore and develop tailored business strategy and plan that helps to realize and optimize value from the partnership. - Facilitate partner interactions with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. - Lead multiple engagements simultaneously over a variety of products & services including tech integration & optimization, product user growth, co-marketing & promotions. - Track and communicate key metrics to accomplish strategic objectives while working independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Product Management, Partnerships and/or Business Development. - Deep understanding of mobile devices(OEM) and IT industry including content platform. - Experience with building strategic partnerships, negotiation, and execution in a cross-functional environment. Preferred qualifications: - Good communication and relationship building skills. - Familiar with user growth strategies and methods of Internet companies. - Willing to step out of the comfort zone and go the extra mile to drive results in a fast-paced work environment.
