Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Engineering – Data Center Security and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Operations Team plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s global growth by imbedding security & safety into it's designs, buildings, and managing data centers in non-traditional environments that embody excellence in safety, sustainability, and security. Rooted in a proactive team culture built on trust, accountability, and strong cross-functional engagement, the team partners closely with global stakeholders to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Through this collaborative approach and an unwavering commitment to program integrity and operational excellence, the team advances the company’s vision of becoming an industry leader in resilient, secure, and responsible infrastructure operations. • Define and manage standards, processes, Change Management, Life Cycle replacement for Environment monitoring devices, UPS and PDUs. • Serve as a subject matter expert while working with partner teams and vendors to install, troubleshoot, repair, and lifecycle manage Environment Monitoring devices, PDU, UPS and various other hardware and equipment within our datacenter environment. • Study and follow the relevant technologies. • Maintain positive and collaborative working relations with partner teams, vendors, teammates, and internal customers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in data center, hyperscale, or colocation environments, with regional or global oversight. - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field - Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs through third-party partnerships and vendor ecosystems. - First Aid/CPR/AED certified or equivalent (BLS, ALS etc.) - Knowledge of OSHA29, OSAH30, ANSI, ASME and NPPA, DOT regulations, Clean Water Act and RCRA requirements - Fundamental understanding of FEMA ICS and NIMS, minimum ICS 100 and NIMS 700 - Experience using data analytics and dashboarding tools to track performance metrics and inform decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Security Professional (CSP) - Understanding of industry frameworks (NIST, CSF, CIS, ISO, SOC2 etc.) is plus - Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities to engage with colleagues to maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement - Strong project management and organizational skills
