Our products encompass fundamental payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, risk management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), insurance, and more. About UED We at Global Payment UED team are growing at a rapid pace and we are actively seeking out the best talents to join us on this adventure where your contributions will make a global impact for our global customers. We are looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designers to provide the best payment service experience at ByteDance. You will have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and ultimately improve the quality of our products. Responsibilities - Drive the innovation of design and the improvement of user experience across all payment products - Create high quality designs that are scalable for mobile and web-based products - Take ownership of design quality, consistency and improve the visual language and actively contribute to the design system - Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams in customer centric design process and be highly involved in the entire product life-cycle from product planning, detail design to implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Strong foundation of design and basic design principles (typography, color, iconography, interaction patterns) - Proven experience in UI design, visual design (visual language, design system) preferably within the tech sector - Portfolio with prior work experience that demonstrates your ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions - Familiarity with localisation, internationalisation and accessibility - Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc Preferred Qualification - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) educational background
