Joining our team covering Southeast Asia particularly Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia as well as Australia and New Zealand will give you access to highly capable enterprises and cutting‑edge technologies. You will also contribute to AI development across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand while accelerating your personal growth. Talented professionals are welcome to join our Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand team. Key responsibilities include: - Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for GenAI and Cloud solutions. - Drive new business acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing enterprise accounts. - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers across target industries. - Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business reviews to ensure predictable revenue growth. - Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and maximize business outcomes. - Identify market intelligence and customer needs to influence product strategy and commercial priorities. - Drive strategic account planning, negotiation, and complex enterprise deal execution. - Establish a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on execution excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings, and strategic customer engagements to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field. - At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development with AI/LLM or Cloud products. - Strong ability to influence stakeholders through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. - Strong understanding of enterprise customers, their business needs, and the challenges they face. Preferred Qualifications - Deep understanding of the key value drivers in recurring revenue business models. - Strong analytical, strategic, and process-oriented mindset. - Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS technologies.
