
Responsibilities
About the Team We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics service and experience team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities: - Manage logistics provider's customer service team to provide qualified service quality with logistics-related consulting and other related enquiries; - Manage and improve logistics customer service team performance by improving service efficiency through standardizing SOP, metrics monitoring, tools iteration and logistics exception handling, etc. - Be able to analyze and classify logistics problems and output experience insight reports by data analysis, deep dive on enquires, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in customer service team and have knowledge of logistics - Strong communication skills and good at handling disputes - Fluent English is necessary Preferred Qualifications: - Fluent Chinese will be an outstanding advantage (Communicate with clients based in Chinese-speaking markets) - Proactive and continuous improvement attitude, patience, and attention to detail - Strong communication and coordination skills, good at handling disputes and emergencies, good at client-server experience and results-oriented
