Responsibilities
As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Europe, Japan and South Korea. Now we are looking for experts in image pipeline to join us to build our AR/VR imaging team. Responsibilities: - Architect and implement real-time control fireware/software for ISP/DPU pipeline. - Integrating ISP/Display fireware into SOC/FPGA prototype system. - Optimize image processing fireware algorithm on SOC or Prototype platform. - Developing software for device driver, including but limited to image sensors, I2C, SPI, MIPI, and DMA controllers. - Collaborate with FPGA hardware and RTL engineer to deliver the pre-silicon prototype system.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - MS or above in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. - Proficient in C/C++ programming. - Familiar with ARM microarchitecture, operating systems of linux and RTOS. - Knowledge of algorithm acceleration and optimization by using Neon or DSP. - Experience of device driver and kernel level development. Preferred Qualification: - Familiar with image sensor and imaging/display pipeline. - Knowledge of AE/AWB/AF and image stabilization technologies. - Experience with FPGA prototype system.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187040 - $438000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
