About the Team The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Act as HR policy specialist, receive and provide optimum responses to HR operational tasks with timely, accurate, and professional replies. Potentially handling multiple tasks or contact channels at one time. 2. Complete necessary research/findings to advance inquiries that are complex or have individual focus on the next level of HR support. 3. Analyse, categorize and log the operational tasks according to defined procedures, case tagging and/or necessary explanation in timely manner. 4. Actively participate and attend all on-site or online policy training for different regions. Self-learning and research may required from time-to-time. 5. Perform, complete or escalate when necessary to all background verification request via written or verbally as per internal guidelines and agreed SLA. 6. Provide assistance to SME in development and maintenance of the EHD knowledge base in Lark (not limited to BOT FAQ cards) & EHD internal documents, enhancing accessibility and capabilities. 7. Ensure service continuity including extending support hours during peak period/understaffed. Proactively provide suggestions for process improvements when gaps identified to leader. 8. Actively participate and/or contribute to projects and initiatives on new processes, systems and/or enhancements as when necessary at local/regional/global level. 9. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above. 2. Prior experience in Human Resources field. 3. Excellent communication skills in English, good interpersonal skills & able to work in a team. 4. A service-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt and perform under pressure & tight deadline. 5. Ability to work flexibly and independently based on business requirements (may include extended hours as when necessary). 6. Excellent learning ability, careful, & patient, and with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Highly resourceful and adaptable to fast pace environment. Strong collaboration skills required and ability working across global teams. 2. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs and HR Systems. Experience at Workday will be highly desired. 3. Mandarin proficiency for effective liaison with external vendors.
