About the Team: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including beauty, fashion, food, travel, home and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc. Responsibility: 1. Deeply understand mainstream social media trends in the US. Closely monitor social media trends for in-app campaign launching and content creation. 2. Participate in the full process of operating the official TikTok account of the app, including but not limited to topic brainstorming, video draft writing, video shooting, content posting, etc. 3. Responsible for social media data monitoring and analysis, monitoring changes in social media data, and user feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or master in advertising, marketing or communications is preferred 2. Able to communicate in fluent written and spoken English. 3. Strong content sense. Excellent aesthetic and design ability, proficient in using CapCut, Canva and other editing software is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Logical in thinking, skillful in communication, and responsible at work, a quick learner who works under pressure 2. Prefer long term internship with at at least 3 months up to 6 months

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
