Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Singapore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a fast-paced, global tech environment. You will work primarily with the Country Marketing Lead, Malaysia & Philippines, with exposure to collaborating with our other marketing country leads in the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Specific initiatives you'll be working on that span Southeast Asia include scaling our referral programs (i.e. Internal ByteDancer referral, Lark Ambassador), and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders in the digital transformation / tech industry through influencer marketing. - Malaysia & Philippines Country Support: - Support the Country Marketing Lead, Malaysia & Philippines in all marketing initiatives (e.g. events, online LinkedIn campaigns, email content) - Exposure to the end-to-end sales process, including generating initial leads, sitting on sales calls with our sales team, and engaging with our existing customers through our Customer Support Managers - Data Analysis: - Analyze marketing insights and customer data using internal marketing tools and LinkedIn campaigns. - Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other web scraping methods to gather and interpret relevant data. - Database Management: - Maintain and update internal databases of target accounts. - Conduct analysis to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes. - (Nice to Have) Develop Engaging Marketing Content: - Create and edit a variety of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional copy. - Conduct research to generate relevant and timely content topics that resonate with our target audience. - (Nice to Have) Design Visually Compelling Marketing Assets: - Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva and Figma to design eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns - Ensure all design assets are consistent with Lark’s branding guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
