Responsibilities - Strategic Ecosystem Development: Build and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate the adoption of AI image and video solutions. - Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and empower new partners—including agencies, System Integrators (SIs), media firms, and cloud providers—to ensure they are fully equipped to sell BytePlus solutions. - Collaborative Revenue Growth: Lead co-selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public-sector accounts, actively opening new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue. - Market-Leading Solution Positioning: Effectively position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production to disrupt existing industry workflows. - Pipeline & Performance Ownership: Take full accountability for pipeline creation and revenue growth, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new routes to market.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Experience: Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management, with a demonstrated ability to build new routes to market from the ground up. - Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions; specific experience with Generative AI (GenAI) is considered a significant asset. - Strategic Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and thrive within complex, ecosystem-driven sales models. Preferred Qualifications - Market Sector Expertise: Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI-native business environments. - Industry Insight: Deep familiarity with the broader AI, media, advertising, or MarTech ecosystems.
