Team Introduction TikTok SMB Marketing Team's purpose is to make our company the most relevant growth platform for small, medium, and mid-market businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the SMB Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. Responsibilities - Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives, including integrated plans spanning webinars, events, web, social, email, and more. - Develop insight-driven toolkits, narratives, pitch packages, and vertical-specific strategies. - Build and manage launch calendars to deliver KPIs for priority products on time and within budget, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement to maximize results. - Share best practices, collaborate with global/regional partners, and support cross-team initiatives to achieve full-funnel growth in leads, new revenue, and incremental revenue
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above. - Foundational understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, or digital advertising, demonstrated through coursework, projects, or internships. - Experience analyzing campaign or business performance data as part of academic projects, coursework, or internships, with the ability to extract insights and recommend improvements. - Experience contributing to the development of marketing initiatives by gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and translating insights into actionable strategies. - Basic proficiency with marketing and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, CRM platforms), and familiarity with campaign execution across channels (web, social, email, events). - Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or team collaborations.
