Team Intro The Employee Mobility Services team is dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive experience across the end-to-end employee mobility journey. Guided by care and empathy, we design efficient people processes, systems and services to ensure employees feel supported, heard and equipped to move effectively through each stage of mobility. Build and strengthen systems and data foundations: You will start by developing a deep understanding of our visa processes, identifying data gaps and manual tasks that could be automated. You will design data flows between systems, build meaningful dashboards, and create practical toolkits that help regional teams make informed decisions. 2. Lead end-to-end projects from concept to delivery: This is a hands-on role where you will turn ideas into reality, such as improving how visa vendor performance is tracked or building dashboards to highlight application bottlenecks. You will be responsible for planning, collaborating with relevant technology teams, testing solutions with regional teams, and supporting successful rollouts. Strong project management skills are essential. 3. Understand and embed immigration compliance requirements: You will work closely with legal and compliance partners to ensure systems and processes align with immigration regulations across key countries. This includes translating policy requirements into system logic, data fields and workflow controls, ensuring operations remain both efficient and fully compliant.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree. 2. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving and root cause analysis. 3. A collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across teams and seniority levels. 4. Comfortable working with stakeholders across different countries and functions, with curiosity and willingness to learn about immigration policy, vendor management and global operations. Preferred Qualifications 1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to diverse audiences. 2. Internship or work experience in employee mobility, HR, legal, consulting or similar functions will be considered. 3. Proven capacity to take ownership of projects and deliver tangible outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 4. High attention to detail, with basic experience in project coordination, documentation or process tracking. 5. Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in immigration, global mobility or compliance; experience with external vendors is a plus. 6. A proactive, resourceful and curious approach, with a continuous improvement mindset for solving recurring problems.
