About the team In alignment with the company's globalization strategy and vision, the Global Payments team offers a comprehensive Fintech platform for our customers. Our products encompass fundamental payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, risk management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), insurance, and more. Global Payment UED team is growing at a rapid pace, to drive our growth we’re actively seeking out the best talents to join us on this adventure to provide the best payment service experience for global customers. We are looking for a talented user researcher. You will be given the opportunity to explore, conceptualise, communicate, collaborate, execute and improve the quality of the products. - Responsible for executing diverse research initiatives for the global payment team, encompassing user experience measurement, customer insight extraction, and product conversion analysis. By conducting in-depth analysis of user needs and behaviours, this role aims to enhance the value of products and services, drive innovation, and support data-informed decision-making. - Define and measure UX metrics and develop programs for tracking user experience over time - Design and implement research, gather insights, and synthesize findings into actionable insights that enable stakeholders to make business-critical decisions - Leading mixed methods research endeavors designed to further our knowledge of user and creator experience relating to e-commerce onboarding, payments, transactions, and related topics - Proactively identify research needs and gaps and develop and implement solutions for scaling our research practice - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify critical research questions and understand user and creator needs in the North American market and other global markets
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Business, Statistics, Marketing Research, Human-Computer Interaction, or other related fields - 2+ years experience in user experience research, consulting, or marketing research - Proven experience using and appropriately selecting different research methodologies, including but not limited to: surveys, interviews, focus groups, diary studies, usability studies - Ability to analyze data sets with statistical tools (SPSS, SQL, Python, R) and present findings clearly to influence product direction and business decisions - Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to solve problems independently Preferred Qualifications - Experience in fintech or related industries - Flexibility to collaborate with global teams - Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to evolving research needs
