Responsibilities Architect efficient, scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data. Define and continuously optimize the technical strategy and roadmap for data engineering projects in alignment with business objectives. Evaluate and bring in industry best practices and state-of-the-art technical approaches. Own and drive data engineering projects by leveraging both internal and cross-functional resources, setting meaningful and challenging targets, and achieving them with innovative approaches. Build to understand data strategically at scale for all Global Business Solution business needs. Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning findings into real products to power exponential growth. Work on cutting-edge challenges in the big data and AI industry. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Engineering Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Engineering Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Utilizing distributed data processing frameworks including Spark, Hadoop, Flink or Kafka to ensure efficient ETL workflows and low-latency analytics; Utilizing Python and Shell for building data processing applications and optimizing data-intensive services; Building interactive data visualizations or analytical reports to transform complex datasets into actionable insights; Using predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to improve operational efficiency or drive data-informed business strategies; Building automated data quality monitoring solutions, data consistency validation, and governance to ensure high reliability of business-critical dataset; and Working with cross-functional teams and delivering technical presentations to drive alignment and knowledge sharing. Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150051 - $240000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
