We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Provide technical support in resolving issues with systems, applications, and devices. Analyze and respond to escalations from internal team members and end users. Document and track technical incidents by recording details, status of service requests, and resolutions. Serve as technical team member on features and systems and assign work to small project teams. Provide training to team members to disseminate knowledge of the subject matter and latest IT solutions. Assess incident data and trends and identify areas of improvement for system availability and performance. Compile information for the knowledge repository on technical support, including procedures, installation, and configuration.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Providing functionality and reliability support for critical site components by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health, including through performance tuning and troubleshooting; Troubleshooting network protocol TCP/IP; Monitoring system activity and resolving system issues; Coordinating and monitoring data services operations, including SLA management and system deployment; Debugging and troubleshooting in network, setting up test bed and test feature; and Creating and maintaining clear runbook instructions for services to use for alerts, troubleshooting and resolution. Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.
