About the Team The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable. About the Role: As a Technical Project Manager in the Server Fleet Operations Team, you will lead critical infrastructure initiatives and projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams, overseeing projects from conceptualization to post-delivery handoff to ensure clear communication, on-time execution, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning (incorporating dependencies, key milestones, and deliverables), data collection and analysis, stakeholder communication, risk identification and mitigation, progress tracking and reporting, implementation, monitoring, and final delivery of initiatives/projects. - Lead strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple functional teams. - Collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners (including engineering and product teams) to build alignment with implementation teams, negotiate conflicting requirements, maintain project momentum, and optimize processes. - Communicate project plans, emerging risks, and critical issues to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner. - Partner with leadership to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, and multi-regional technical projects. - Deep experience in hardware or software engineering project management, combined with expertise in Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and similar platforms. - Familiarity with infrastructure technologies, including data centers, servers, networking, and systems. Experience and insights into data center construction and operations, network infrastructure, asset management workflows, vendor management, market dynamics, and user requirements. - Self-motivated, accountable, data-driven, results-driven, and passionate about delivering high-impact technical projects. - Good data analytical or business intelligence skills is a strong plus
