About the Team: The Employer Branding team is a collective of strategists, designers and producers. Working together across various projects, we create engaging content that shapes how our organization is perceived by talent, bringing our employer brand to life through creative content design. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our strategists and designers, and gain hands-on experience in the field of graphic design. You will assist in the creation of visually compelling design, illustration, and other visual assets to support employer branding and recruitment campaigns across a variety of projects. Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and creation of graphic design for various content projects, including but not limited to posters, illustrations and motion graphic support. - Collaborate with the project team to develop concepts and demo for graphic design tasks. - Edit and assemble visual assets, utilizing digital manipulation, AIGC and other techniques to create engaging visual content. - Manage and organize the project and related assets and workflows to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency in the work process. - Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or graduated in Graphic Design or a related field. - Basic knowledge of design principles and design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma - Ability to work in a team environment and take direction well. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with software like After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus. - Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail. - Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively. - Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
