About the Team: The IMC team leads the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand love, drive engagement, and fuel commercial growth. From platform storytelling to performance-led campaigns, we manage PR, digital, social, and in-app formats to make our E-commerce business stand out in a competitive commerce landscape. We also drive Brand IP Campaigns — like Super Brand Day and New Arrival Day, etc — empowering top brands to grow, shape user perception, and boost Mall and platform performance. We believe in creativity backed by data, and stories that bring value to users, creators, and brands. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Campaign planning for IP campaigns e.g. Super Brand Day, New Arrival Day, and other major seller or brand marketing campaigns with our E-commerce platform - Comprehensive understanding of live streaming content operations, product assortment strategy, content planning - Works with related stakeholders to ensure the campaigns are running smoothly, including promotion setting, resources configuration, and communication with cross functional teams - Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance, secure proof of execution and follow-through for post campaign performance evaluation - Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
