About the Team The Top Creator Team partners closely with celebrities, top-tier creators, and rising influencers to accelerate the growth of the e-commerce ecosystem. We focus on building a healthy creator pipeline, elevating content excellence, and enabling creators to succeed commercially across all categories. About the Role In this role, you will work directly with celebrities and fast-growing creators to unlock their full commercial potential. You will acquire, incubate, and nurture creators across multiple categories, supporting them in content growth, livestream performance, and overall e-commerce capabilities. - Grow and nurture top creators through one-on-one management. - Develop daily and long-term plans to help creators improve content quality, strengthen capabilities, and drive traffic growth. - Educate and train creators on e-commerce policies, both online and offline. - Serve as the main point of contact for matchmaking and assortment planning for top creators’ live sessions. - Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and category teams to plan and execute key live events. - Collaborate with brands and sellers to optimize product assortment for each live session. - Manage and optimize creator budget planning to ensure strong ROI for the platform. - Leverage internal creator management tools and stay updated on e-commerce functions relevant to creators. - Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among all creator-related stakeholders, internally and externally. - Support creator-related operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management. - Proven track record of planning and executing online and offline events. - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and optimize performance. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience as a content creator is a plus. - Previous experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred.
