Responsibilities
About The Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: 1. Focus on end to end FX risk management among FX businesses in the Fintech Payment industry, from solution, quotation, exposure, trading, hedging, and P/L results; 2. Contribute to FX solutions to meet payment business solutions, by delivering FX trading, quotation, and risk management measures as well as system development requirements; 3. Contribute to FX quotation operations for customers, including pricing approval, monitoring and reporting; 4. Contribute to FX exposure including exposure identification, measurement and monitoring; 5. Contribute to FX trading strategy in various business scenarios, as a result of lowering FX trading cost in daily FX trading operations; 6. Contribute to relationship management with FX trading partners, with sound knowledge of FX solutions and products from external counterparts; 7. Contribute to business requirements in FX management inhouse system development and achieve systematic and automatic FX operation management; 8. Manage FX risk management strategy and procedures to mitigate FX risk and ensure the FX gain and loss management objectives tracked and delivered;
Qualifications
Minimum qualification(s): 1. 5+ years of working experience in financial institutions, leading payment companies in FX management; 2. Familiar with the FX market in major currencies, as well as FX regulations in SEA and LATAM countries; 3. Experiences in FX end to end life cycle management, from solutions to customers to FX P/L management 4. Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics and Accounting areas; Preferred qualification(s): 1. Good quick learner and strong analysis skills in a logical way; 2. Self-driven and ability to work in stress; 3. CFA, FRM is a plus; 4. Proficiency in using data analysis tools is a plus; 5. High preference to candidates with exposure to FX business in banks and payment companies; 6. Experiences in FX management in global treasury centralized structure is a plus;
