Team introduction Guided by our mission and vision of "enabling everyone to enjoy good stories and helping good stories influence more people," the Story Global team is dedicated to providing global users with rich and high-quality story consumption experience (including short dramas, web-novels, audiobooks, and comics). On the one hand, we launched global short drama, web-novel and comic products such as Melolo, MyTopia, and Fizzo to serve users directly. On the other hand, we work closely with web-novel and short drama creators, leveraging our insights and data analysis on user behaviours, to provide inspiration and guidance on creators' content creation. Years of development in multiple markets, rich experience in local content development, and ample content accumulation from the Chinese market provide the team with sustainable business and organizational advantages. The Story Global team is consist of various team functions including user product manager, creator platform product manager, user growth, product operation, content operation, content strategy, business development, short drama production, short drama scripts, and web-novel creator operation, systematically serving both users and creators. We offer a platform for those who believe in "Always Day One" mindset and close team cooperation to show your influence and creativity. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the acquisition of English-language short drama content rights to meet the development needs of our products, ensuring a sufficient supply of content. - Expand and maintain partnerships with collaborators to achieve stable and competitive long-term content supply. - Oversee multi-channel distribution and sales of exclusive content, accountable for revenue generation. - Continuously monitor market trends to promptly introduce new products and input key industry insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 2-5 years of experience in internet operations/business experience in short drama, online literature, or comic copyright collaborations. - Clear communication skills with strong negotiation abilities. - Excellent collaboration skills, capable of integrating internal and external resources to achieve objectives. - Self-motivated, diligent, proactive, and responsible, with a strong ability to drive the resolution of complex issues.
