Responsibilities
About the team The Platform Operations team is responsible for driving overall growth of the E-Commerce platform by acquiring, onboarding and incubating sellers, creators and third-party vendors to succeed on platform. This includes providing them with development strategies, educational support and other resources to gain success. The incumbent will be responsible for developing a playbook that considers brand deals, sponsored content, affiliate content alongside the ability to identify and incubate creator talent that complements the Category Strategy moving forward. Responsibilities: Creator Management - Review, recruit, and onboard eligible creators based on centrally aligned eligibility criteria, alignment to business priorities while also considering exception criteria, content priorities, reactive opportunities, and portfolio capacity - Maintain a database of creator profiles that includes niche, performance, category compatibility, and rates - Make both short-term and long-term creator development strategy and be responsible for growing creator scale within the market while maintaining creator satisfaction and retention Brand Partner Management - Use internal data & social media-driven insights to convert brand needs into briefs and matching the right creator profile to ensure high traffic short video content for brand campaigns - Identify key brands eligible for the program and pitch in brand meetings to increase brand partners and to help improve brand awareness of the program - Manage brand communications & expectations for campaign partnership Program Operations - Trend Detection: Analyze Philippines market characteristics (seasons, festivals, culture) and cross-channel data (search trends, competitor insights, social media hot keywords) to identify high-potential product categories (e.g., rainy-season, local IP, etc) - Deliver weekly trend reports to support category product selection and marketing strategies - Increase creator program awareness by building and amplifying creator successful short video showcases and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and brand partnerships to support creator revenue - Standardize reports of creator and content performance per brand; identify key challenges, trends, and opportunities for improvement within the program & creator ecosystem - Ensure timelines for product seeding, content submission & review, and content posting are followed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor' s Degree in related field - 3+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other cross platform content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries - Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact - Proficient in Excel to support data analytics tasks - Proficient in Powerpoint or Canva to support presentation skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience in cross-border e-commerce/content e-commerce (e.g., influencer collaboration) or managing Southeast Asian market trend products/IP campaigns - Knowledge of the Philippines, and Global, social media trends - Has a wide network of creators - Has creative agency experience
