ModelArk is a model-as-a-service (MaaS) platform on BytePlus, offering secure and cost-effective services, including model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. It provides ByteDance’s proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 1.8, as well as well-known open-source models. International market research firm Omdia released the Global Enterprise-level MaaS 2025 report. As of October 2025, our daily average token usage ranks third globally, second only to OpenAI and Google Cloud. This position is for a Product Solution Architect for ModelArk, responsible for solution design and commercialization. Responsibilities: 1. Design solutions for diverse industries and scenarios and drive their commercialization. 2. Externally market-oriented business: Collaborate closely with the sales team to jointly advance the sales process for products and solutions, including solution presentations, requirements analysis, solution design, contract signing, project delivery, and acceptance. 3. Internally R&D-oriented collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with product and R&D teams to ensure solution implementation and product iteration, covering model capabilities, product features, and end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. 2. At least one year of experience in VideoGen/LLM/VLM B2B solutions or project management, with an understanding of specific application scenarios and experience delivering lighthouse projects. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. 4. Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a proven ability to deliver outcomes. 5. Hands-on capability to develop demos and validate model performance through APIs. 6. Strong continuous learning ability, with the capacity to quickly master newly launched products and technologies. Stays current with industry trends and application directions in generative AI, and demonstrates independent judgment regarding short-, medium-, and long-term implementation paths and feasibility across industries. 7. Growth mindset, with the ability to embrace market changes, think proactively about solutions, and take action. Preferred Qualifications 1. Global perspective on enterprise technology markets. 2. Competitive landscape knowledge of GenAI solutions, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, etc.
