Responsibilities
About the Team Our Global Legal Compliance team provides key support for all of company’s innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and integrated platforms servicing our global markets. We help our technological and business teams enable their vision by providing integrated legal and compliance guidance and support. Our team are growing fast and is seeking a highly experienced, bright, and capable individuals to join us. We are looking for experience compliance operations analyst to be based in Singapore to join our Global Legal Compliance team as a key member to manage GLC's responsibilities in sanctions, ABAC, and export control reviews from our compliance ticketing system. Responsibilities - Provide first response to the currently monthly volume of tickets raised by our screening system and business stakeholders. - Reduce the current volume of tickets sitting in queue to a meaningful level while actively collaborating with business counterparts to bring in additional reviewers to help address the existing population. - Triage and escalate issues to both subject matter experts and regional GLC colleagues, supporting team members at a high level to address concerns. - Serve as primary liaison for employee outreach, including GLC on call and email, supporting timely regional business hour response to global teams. - Provide operational support to drive key GLC initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent is required. - Excellent project management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, self-starter with a strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualification(s) - Knowledge of AML, Sanctions, and trade laws and regulations and experience handling compliance matters is a plus. - Able to influence and enlist support from others.
