
Responsibilities
About the Team The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable. Responsibilities: - Lead server deployment projects across large-scale data centers, from planning to execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while maintaining optimal resource and power utilization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Construction to align on project requirements and electrical infrastructure constraints. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery, compliance with electrical design principles, and efficient project execution. - Apply deep understanding of data center power systems, including three-phase balance, load distribution, redundancy design, and capacity planning, to optimize energy utilization during server deployment. - Monitor and evaluate power distribution, system performance, and infrastructure utilization, providing recommendations for improvement and long-term planning. - Ensure adherence to electrical safety, reliability, and operational best practices across all projects. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on project status, power utilization, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Proven experience in large-scale data center server deployment or infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and power management. - Solid knowledge of three-phase power balance, redundancy, load distribution, and capacity planning principles. - Ability to troubleshoot power-related issues and implement solutions to maximize utilization and reliability. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with hyperscale data center operations and power infrastructure management. - Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and power optimization techniques. - Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams in data center projects. - PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
