
Responsibilities
The Compliance Strategy team is entrusted with the crucial task of establishing the Global Procurement Compliance Management System, employing proactive measures and continuous improvement methodologies such as Policy Design, Process Reengineering, and Performance Optimization. This team ensures a robust control posture to mitigate potential compliance risks. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global procurement policy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across category and regional teams beyond China. - Identify and seize optimization opportunities throughout the procurement process, leading change management efforts in collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit. Enhance implementation through system upgrades and comprehensive training initiatives. - Review and provide expert guidance on process compliance for various procurement categories and overseas regions. - Regularly monitor the execution of procurement processes, establish compliance and risk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sourcing teams, and report any deviations from the policy. Implement corrective actions to improve process compliance worldwide. - Support auditing projects and take ownership of remediation plans for critical findings in alignment with the internal audit team. - Enhance procurement capacity and efficiency by developing localized procurement policies and processes tailored to the unique characteristics of each region or country, in collaboration with local functional partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on compliance controls. - Demonstrated foundational knowledge of purchasing practices and familiarity with end-to-end procurement processes, including PR-PO, TCO, supplier collaboration, and risk management; - Experience collaborating with global stakeholders; ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment - Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of complex, cross-functional projects. - A genuine passion for compliance and a strong commitment to upholding principles of corporate governance. Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive experience in procurement or related business disciplines within large organizations, such as Automotive, IT/High-Tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, or Retail sectors. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-cultural, global team environments, engaging with procurement professionals and other functions. - Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. - Prior sourcing experience is a plus.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106667 - $190000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
