チーム紹介 About the team 本ポジションは、日本市場におけるLarkのブランドの構築・向上、カスタマーサクセスの支援、ならびに社内業務の効率化に貢献する重要な役割です。全社のビジネス戦略に基づき、ブランド認知度の向上およびビジネス成長を目的とした効果的なマーケティング施策の立案・実行を行います。 また、商業チームと連携しながら、部門横断型のプロジェクトを推進し、インパクトのあるマーケティングイベントを企画・実施します。さらに、日常業務のサポートに加えて、ローカルの日本チームと中国チームの架け橋としても機能し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを図りながら、顧客との関係を深め、継続的な影響力と業績向上に貢献します。 This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark’s brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market. Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth. Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements. Responsibilities: マーケティング業務: - 展示会、お客様向けイベント(感謝イベントなど)、製品発表会など、日本市場向けのオンライン/オフラインのマーケティング施策の企画・実行をサポート - 営業・カスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、会場設営、販促資料準備、現場対応など顧客向けマーケティング活動を支援 - ソーシャルメディア運用のサポート、プロモーション資料の翻訳・校正など、現地コンテンツの制作・管理に関与 - マーケティング関連データの集計、ベンダー対応、予算処理のサポート 内部オペレーション業務: - 日本語・中国語間の文書翻訳、社内外のドキュメント管理、チーム間のコミュニケーションを担当 - 社内イベントやチームビルディングなどの実施サポート - 日本チームと中国チームの橋渡し役として、部門・国境を越えた業務連携をサポート - 社内会議のアレンジ、資料準備、議事録作成などの管理・アドミ業務全般を支援 Marketing: - Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing activities, such as exhibitions, customer appreciation events, and product launches - Support the sales team with customer-related marketing activities, including venue setup, on-site coordination, and preparation of materials - Participate in content creation and management, including social media support and translation/proofreading of promotional materials - Assist with marketing-related data tracking, vendor coordination, and budget process support Internal Operations: - Responsible for document translation, cross-team communication, and organizing internal and external company documents - Execute internal team activities such as office events and team-building sessions - Assist with cross-border and cross-functional communication and coordination tasks
Qualifications
必要な資格 Minimum Qualifications: - マーケティング、管理業務サポート、またはプロジェクトコーディネーションに関する1年以上の実務経験 - 展示会や顧客イベントなどのオフラインイベントの企画・実行経験があり、営業チームと連携して効果的に支援できる能力 - 高い整理整頓能力と注意力を持ち、複数のタスクを効率的に管理できる方 - 強い責任感を持ち、チームで協働できる方 - 日本語および中国語に堪能で、社内外の関係者間で情報を正確に伝える翻訳・通訳スキルを有する方 - 法務、財務、広報、購買などの社内部門と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーションおよび調整力 - Bachelor’s degree or above - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, administrative support, or project coordination - Proven experience in planning and executing offline events, with the ability to support exhibitions and customer events in partnership with Sales teams - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Demonstrated sense of ownership and ability to work effectively within a team - Fluent in Japanese and Chinese, with strong translation and interpretation skills to accurately convey information across internal and external teams - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, PR, Procurement) 優遇される資格 Preferred Qualifications: - チームワークとサポートスキル: チームビルディングに情熱を持ち、チームの結束力とモチベーションを高めるためにチームメンバーを積極的に指導することができる。 - 適応力が高く、臨時の仕事を効率的に処理し、チームのさまざまなニーズに柔軟に対応できる。 責任感と実行力 - 強い責任感と細部へのこだわりを持ち、翻訳業務を自主的に遂行し、質の高いアウトプットを確保できる。 - タスクを高いレベルで遂行し、進捗を積極的にフォローアップするとともに、 ビジネスニーズをサポートするためにリソースを調整できる。 - SaaSまたはインターネット業界での業務経験 - Larkなどのコラボレーションツールの使用経験 - Teamwork skills: passionate about team building and willing to guide team members to enhance team cohesion and motivation. - Strong adaptability, able to handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently and flexibly to support different needs of the team. -Sense of responsibility and execution: Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, able to take on translation tasks independently and ensure high quality output. - High level of execution of tasks, able to proactively follow up on task progress and coordinate resources to support business needs. - Experience in the SaaS or internet industry - Experience using collaboration tools such as Lark
