Responsibilities
The team drives creator-led GMV growth by focusing on top creators and LIVE, building scalable strategy frameworks, setting clear targets, turning data into actionable insights, and working cross-functionally to plan, execute, and continuously optimize creator initiatives. Responsibilities - Strategy Operations & Execution: Support the planning, refinement, and execution of strategies for top creators and creator/campaign initiatives. - Data Tracking & Analysis: Track and analyze daily creator performance and campaign data, providing insights and decision support for day-to-day operations. - Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to support strategic, operational, and business discussions. - Market & Performance Insights: Contribute to discussions on market trends, creator performance, and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline. - Able to commit 4–5 days per week. - Strong data analysis fundamentals; proficient in Excel basic formulas and functions. - Clear logical thinking with good communication and collaboration skills. - Proactive learner with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and enthusiasm for the work. Preferred Qualifications - Able to commit to a full-time internship would be preferred. - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and creator ecosystems is an advantage. - Basic understanding of e-commerce business models; prior exposure or experience is a plus.
