Responsibilities Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market merchants by acquiring, onboarding, and optimizing fashion and retail partners to drive revenue and category growth. Utilize data analytics and performance tracking tools to guide merchants in improving sales, product exposure, and conversion rates. Advise merchants on merchandising, content marketing, promotional strategies, and influencer or affiliate collaborations to maximize growth. Work with international manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers to ensure strong partnerships. Develop strategic merchant collaboration models that align with short-term and long-term business growth, while optimizing the use of platform resources. Ensure merchants comply with platform policies, industry regulations, and cross-border trade laws to maintain a healthy and sustainable marketplace. Collaborate closely with internal teams (campaigns, marketing, product, logistics, operations) to support merchants and address key business challenges.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: eCommerce, Retail Sales, or Account Management; Acquiring, onboarding, and managing merchants in a digital commerce environment to drive revenue growth and optimize performance of a specific product category; Using Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools to analyze merchant sales, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven strategy recommendations; Leveraging algorithms, search engine optimization (SEO) tactics, and merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and engagement; Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements, influencer marketing, and promotional events to drive conversions; Developing and maintaining content partnerships, affiliate programs, and creator collaborations, to increase audience engagement and sales growth; and Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement cross-selling business strategies. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $139984 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
