
Responsibilities
The Information Systems team is dedicated to building and enhancing the company's internal enterprise platforms, supporting critical functions such as human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval workflows, and more. We are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these systems — from strategic planning and solution design to implementation, security, configuration, and continuous optimization. Our mission is to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly B2B products that empower internal teams, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Job Description: - AI Scenario Discovery & Requirement Definition: Conduct in-depth research on business pain points across the entire procurement process and contract management lifecycle. Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, and other departments to discover AI application scenarios. Deliver structured requirement documents and user story maps. Keep abreast of cutting-edge industry technologies (e.g., LLMs, Agents, NLP, Skills) to define the product's intelligent direction and core value. - Intelligent Product Design & Implementation: Lead or co-lead the design and deployment of Agents/Skills for Procurement AI products. Deliver prototype designs and define technical implementation roadmaps. Drive the definition and implementation of the product's AI features, ensuring that the solutions are both technically feasible and commercially practical. - Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Formulate product roadmaps and iteration plans, clarifying goals and deliverables for each phase. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Algorithm, R&D, QA, and Business to resolve requirement changes and technical challenges. Organize review and acceptance meetings to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery. Establish requirement alignment mechanisms with clients, track project delivery, and ensure AI capabilities genuinely serve practical enterprise scenarios. - Product Optimization & Value Accumulation: Track post-launch data metrics (e.g., procurement cost reduction rate, contract review efficiency improvement, risk identification accuracy) and user feedback. Utilize data analysis methods to identify issues and formulate iterative optimization strategies. Accumulate knowledge assets such as AI product design methodologies and requirement templates. Promote the sharing of technical and business insights within the team to form a closed loop for continuous product optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - 5+ years of B2B Product Manager experience - Bachelor's degree or above - Solid understanding of core technical principles such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning - Familiarity with procurement business models, decision-making logic, and legal compliance requirements - Strong capability in driving complex projects, effectively managing multi-stakeholder expectations, and promoting cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project goals are met - Proficient in common data analysis tools with the ability to identify issues and evaluate product effectiveness through data Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience with products in the procurement and supply chain domain - Candidates with complete end-to-end AI product project cases (from design to implementation) are highly preferred - Majors in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, or related fields - Familiar with application tech paths including Prompt Engineering, Context management, Harness, and CLI - Ability to efficiently discuss technical feasibility with R&D teams - A technical background in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a strong plus - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product solutions, with a deep understanding of priorities across the entire procurement process and contract management lifecycle - Excellent cross-departmental communication skills and a strong user-service mindset to independently drive product implementation on the business side - Relevant capabilities in FDE (Field Deployment Engineering) with experience in implementing B2B products - Experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests
