Responsibilities
Team Introduction V-Start targets the global VC ecosystem and AI startups. Leveraging BytePlus's cutting-edge models, cloud infrastructure, and AI application capabilities, we empower startup teams to achieve product development, growth validation, and ecosystem connectivity. The team is currently focused on building relations with high-quality startups, deepening VC connections, and driving sales conversions. We are looking for highly capable individuals to join our team. Responsibilities - Drive the expansion of the global AI startup ecosystem, focusing on VCs, accelerators, developer communities, and key industry partners. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with critical players to elevate the quality of project sourcing and expand coverage. - Identify and onboard high-potential startups, driving a robust pipeline of premium projects into the V-Start program. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, tech, and commercial teams to support new clients through the entire lifecycle, from initial engagement and evaluation to partnership design and final conversion. - Spearhead and execute our events and meetups, targeting founders, VCs, and developers to amplify the V-Start brand presence globally.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Minimally 3 years of experience in global tech BD, strategy, investments, or related fields. Proven proactive outreach and independent relationship-building capabilities, with a track record of continuously tapping into external resources and driving partnerships. 2. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward and excel in cross-functional collaboration. 3. High fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required as this role require close collaboration with stakeholders in China. 4. Comfortable navigating global business scenarios and adaptable to international business travel. Preferred Qualifications 1. Candidates with robust networks among top-tier VCs and startup ecosystems in North America and Europe are highly preferred. 2. Prior experience within AI, Cloud computing, or Mobile App ecosystems is a strong plus.
