We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Lead the hiring, development, and management of the Regional Payroll operations team in the Americas. Own core operations for payroll delivery, tax compliance, adherence to local regulations and to meet global indicator targets. Drive the implementation of projects and systems aimed at process optimization, user experience, and change management. Spearhead project development and execution, including defining priorities, adhering to deadlines and milestones, and ensuring quality and compliance of deliverables. Manage payroll vendors and foster relationships with local government tax authorities. Lead legal and compliance audits related to income taxes, social security, and benefits. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational accuracy and efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 6 years of experience in each of the following: Managing cyclical human resources (HR) programs end-to-end within an organization to ensure internal compliance related to policies, processes, people management, and career development; Implementing and managing a large-scale system and/or change management covering people, process, and technology, including managing team members across different regions; Managing projects, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain payroll operations across multiple countries; Applying tax regulations and updating payroll processes to align with regulatory changes; Designing and implementing payroll or HR system programs; and Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Strategy consulting in a consulting firm environment. Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $291013 - $301013 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
