Responsibilities

We are very excited to hire our Supply Chain experts in Brazil to support our increasing Data Center business in Latin America. By joining us, you will be the key local stakeholders and representatives of the supply chain management team to embark on a very challenging and amazing journey with this team, company and industry. Key Responsibilities - In the early stage, coordinate with the data center development team, supply chain team and functional teams (government relations, finance, legal, taxation, etc.) to build the local supply chain operation in Brazil, laying a solid foundation for the company's local operations. - Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with local service providers, customs and other relevant government departments, actively communicate and coordinate to solve potential problems in supply chain operation, and strive for efficient and smooth local operation of the supply chain. - Formulate local operation plans and build perfect processes, including but not limited to warehousing management, local transportation arrangement and customs compliance work, ensuring standardized and efficient operation of all links. - Cooperate with the business team to participate in the selection of local service providers, be responsible for the establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLA), and conduct daily operation management and supervision to ensure that service providers meet the company's requirements. - Participate in or lead the application for local qualifications related to the supply chain, such as RECOF, to ensure the legal and compliant operation of the supply chain in Brazil.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of supply chain management experience, with a global operations background in the precision electronic equipment industry. - Hyperscaler SCM operations will be a big plus, or equivalent experience including but not limited to high value industrial products import declaration, safe transportation, transportation between ZPE, etc. - Excellent team player with strong sense of goal, good at influencing and communication. Preferred Qualifications: - Candidates with experience in building a local supply chain team in Brazil from scratch will be a plus - Possess good financial and taxation knowledge; priority will be given to candidates with experience in operating ZPE zones.
