About the Team The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. Responsibilities 1. Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding, Leave Management and Offboarding) Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and operational procedures. 2. Assist in maintaining and improving HR operational processes to ensure they are clear, efficient, and consistent. 3. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR Operations teams across regions. 4. Help ensure HR processes are managed in line with local labour regulations and company policies. 5. Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support to help resolve HR-related questions or issues. 6. Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking to support better operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Human Resources. 2. Experience or exposure to employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding and offboarding. 3. Basic understanding or exposure to Korean labour laws and HR compliance practices are preferred. 4. Fluency in Korean and English, as daily responsibilities will be working with employees in the Korean market, as well as stakeholders across English-speaking regions. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience working in a fast-paced or international environment is a plus.
