Responsibilities
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. The Massive Creator team develops data-driven initiatives and scalable frameworks that accelerate creator growth and enhance the overall health of the ecosystem through acquisition, growth, and retention. In this role, you will be deeply involved in full lifecycle creator management, primarily focusing on creator outreach, in-app and out-of-app resources, creator education and incubation. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities - Coordinate closely with Creator Management and Regional teams to identify recurring creator needs and translate them into clear, structured educational or informational resources; - Support the planning, organization, and rollout of Creator Resources across Creator Center, including in-app inbox notifications, banners, and internal communications platforms; - Assist in updating, maintaining, and optimizing creator-facing guides, announcements, and resource hubs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely distribution; - Provide basic design and KV editing support (e.g., resizing, localization, simple layout updates) for creator communications and campaigns, in line with existing brand and design guidelines; - Support creator channels by assisting with resource preparation, and rollout of communication initiatives as needed; - Monitor creator FAQs, platform updates, and community feedback to proactively flag gaps, recurring issues, or opportunities to improve creator resources; - Support cross-functional workflows by helping manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field; - Proficiency in English and Filipino, with strong written communication skills for creator-facing copy and internal documentation; - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; - Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or other similar design softwares; - Basic knowledge of OBS or livestream/broadcasting setups is a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting community management, creator programs, or resource distribution; - Interest in e-commerce, creator ecosystems, and platform communications; - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; - Previous internship or organizational experience related to content operations, communications, or community building is an advantage.
