
Responsibilities
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team sits at the center of how the platform shows up during its biggest commercial moments. From orchestrating Double Digits campaigns and large-scale seller activations to driving creator acquisition and regional expansion into new markets, the team connects strategy to execution across online and offline channels. We work closely with cross-functional partners — from content and design to business development and operations — to make sure every campaign lands with both reach and precision. If you're someone who wants to understand how marketing actually moves commerce at scale, this is where that happens. You'll be embedded in the PH's Integrated Marketing team, contributing directly to major campaign cycles — from pre-planning through execution. Expect to develop real ownership over campaigns and cross-functional processes in one of the fastest-growing commerce platforms in SEA. Responsibilities - Campaign planning for IP campaigns e.g. Super Brand Day, New Arrival Day, and other major seller or brand marketing campaigns with our Ecommerce platform - Comprehensive understanding of live streaming content operations, product assortment strategy, content planning - Works with related stakeholders to ensure the campaigns are running smoothly, including promotion setting, resources configuration, and communication with cross functional teams - Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance, secure proof of execution and follow-through for post campaign performance evaluation - Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
