Join the Innovative BytePlus Team As part of BytePlus, you'll help enterprise customers build what's next for their business. Leveraging ByteDance's cutting-edge technologies, we are devoted to developing innovative products and solutions to shape the future. We help our clients to focus on what truly matters. Responsibilities - Develop scalable BytePlus ecosystem strategy in industry vertical and/or product specialisation while connecting to ByteDance ecosystem. - Establish long-term, productive, professional business relationships with local and global partners in the Greater China Region. - Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate, build and manage the entire lifecycle of the partners under management. - Deploy customized partner enablement, programs and GTM to accelerate partner’s success with BytePlus. - Attain set KPI targets for the direction of focus areas including but not limited to: revenue attainment, partner opportunities, and partner success related metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years experience in a revenue closing role, with a background in B2B technology and/or AI (MaaS) or Public Cloud with a strong track record of overachievement. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience of selling AI/MaaS products, streaming media solutions/video or public cloud, is a plus. - Ability to communicate and influence on complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge and levels. - Strong client relationship management skills are preferred
