Team Introduction ModelArk is a Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform on BytePlus that provides secure and cost-effective capabilities across model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. The platform offers ByteDance proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 2.0, alongside widely adopted open-source models. ModelArk is deeply engaged in some of the world’s most advanced AI application scenarios and is positioned as a leading platform in the advancement of AGI. We are looking for candidates who believe in the potential of AGI, have a strong understanding of AI technologies, and are motivated to help shape the future through AI models. Responsibilities - Support ModelArk’s global LLM expansion by owning LLM content strategy and providing content support to cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Sales. - Collaborate on new model launches, develop sales collateral, curate and optimize customer success stories, and execute localized marketing activities tailored to regional cultures and channels. - Conduct in-depth research on LLM products, monitor global market trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform product iteration and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Management or a related technical discipline. - Relevant internship experience in product marketing, product management, or solution consulting. - Familiarity with the global LLM service ecosystem, as well as a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and generative AI application scenarios. - Strong market insight and the ability to gather first-hand information through a variety of methods, including reading technical papers, hands-on product testing, building functional demos, and conducting customer interviews. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in the AI industry is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and clients. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver efficiently.
