Team Introduction ModelArk is a Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform on BytePlus that provides secure and cost-effective capabilities across model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. It offers ByteDance proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 1.8, alongside widely used open-source models. ModelArk is deeply engaged in some of the world’s most advanced AI application scenarios and is positioned as a leading platform in the advancement of AGI. This role is for a Product Solution Architect for ModelArk, responsible for solution design and commercialization. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Responsibilities - Design solutions for a wide range of industries and use cases, and drive their commercialization. - Partner closely with the sales team to advance product and solution opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including solution presentations, requirements analysis, solution design, contract signing, project delivery, and final acceptance. - Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure effective solution implementation and support product iteration across model capabilities, product features, and end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand newly launched products and technologies. Keeps up with generative AI industry trends and application directions, and demonstrates independent judgment on short, medium, and long-term implementation paths and feasibility across industries. - Growth mindset, with the ability to adapt to market changes, think proactively about solutions, and take action. - Hands-on ability to build demos and validate model performance through APIs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a proven ability to drive outcomes. Preferred Qualification(s) - Global perspective on enterprise technology markets. - Familiarity with GenAI solutions. - Experience in VideoGen, LLM, or VLM B2B solutions, or in project management, with an understanding of specific application scenarios and experience delivering lighthouse projects.
