About The Team The HR operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval. Responsibilities - Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs and statutory reporting; - Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy; - Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes; - Provide payroll reporting & analysis and assist with internal and external audits; - Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA; - Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc; - Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Undergraduate/ Master's in Data Science or a related technical discipline; - Sensitivity to numbers and are comfortable working with data; - Good collaborator and team player; - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualification -Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus.
