Support daily operations of APAC mobility processes including cross-border transfers, assignments, and role/location changes. 2. Track visa, work permit, and residence permit applications, ensuring documents are complete and timelines are met. 3. Coordinate relocation arrangements including arrival support, relocation services, vendor management, and employee inquiries. 4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive cross-functional execution. 5. Maintain mobility data, documentation, and system records with accuracy and compliance. 6. Monitor process milestones, identify risks/delays, and escalate issues to improve delivery and employee experience. 7. Support process optimization, data consolidation, reporting, and knowledge base maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resource or a related discipline. - Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and strong organizational skills. - Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp process rules and drive tasks independently. - Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors, service-minded with an employee-first perspective. Preferred Qualification - Prior overseas experience or a genuine interest in cross-cultural communication is a plus.
