Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The LATAM Sales Operations team supports Lark’s growth in the region by partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve go-to-market execution, pipeline management, and operational efficiency. This internship role will work with stakeholders in Mexico and regional counterparts to support partner activities, campaigns, and key sales processes. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. - Research target companies, contacts, and business opportunities. - Prepare outreach messages, account briefs, and meeting follow-ups. - Keep CRM records, lead information, and next steps updated. - Support LinkedIn content, campaigns, and LATAM market communication. - Help coordinate partner activities, customer meetings, and events. - Collect feedback and share simple weekly Sales and Marketing updates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field. - Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken), as this role will support Mexico-based outreach and partner/customer activities, including preparing messages, coordinating meetings/events), and communicating day-to-day with LATAM stakeholders. - Professional working proficiency in English, as this role will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams (e.g., LATAM and global stakeholders), prepare internal updates, and work with English documentation/tools. - Strong communication, research, and organization skills. - Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, digital marketing, and technology. - Comfort using LinkedIn, spreadsheets, presentations, and digital tools. - Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage, as the team may need to collaborate closely with China-based colleagues and some customer meetings may be conducted in Mandarin. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM, Canva, social media, sales, or events. - Proactive, curious, responsible, and comfortable working with international teams.
