Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of each business line’s workplace and operational needs, and proactively plan end-to-end Corporate Services solutions aligned with business strategies and growth objectives. Cover key functions including workplace operation, administration, physical security, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), while coordinating cross-functional resources to provide Corporate Services support that effectively meets evolving business needs. - Act as the key liaison between the business and relevant Corporate Services functions, including Corporate Real Estate, Administration, Security, and EHS. Accurately understand and translate business requirements, and facilitate alignment across functions on workplace solutions, cost planning and management, compliance requirements, and service standards to drive efficient execution and delivery. - Serve as the POC for the business on company-wide workplace and office space adjustment projects, new office openings, critical business support, major campaigns, and other strategic initiatives. Coordinate relevant Corporate Services teams to ensure effective requirement intake, resource allocation, and end-to-end execution of key projects and business needs, while continuously improving the overall service experience. - Build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships, ensuring timely and accurate communication of Corporate Services policies, guidelines, cost-related information, and available resources to the business. Incorporate business feedback to continuously improve service and collaboration mechanisms, enhance responsiveness, and improve overall business satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree. - Fast learner with strong business acumen. Able to quickly pick up new concepts and understand the underlying business needs behind different requests. - Clear and structured communicator. Able to organize information effectively, communicate clearly, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. - Proactive and service-minded team player. Takes ownership of tasks, pays attention to business needs and user experience, and works effectively with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Execution-oriented and resilient. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and following through to deliver results. Experience in campus organizations, student leadership, hands-on projects, or relevant internships is a plus. - Basic data and cost awareness. Comfortable with standard office tools and able to work with data and basic cost-related information. - Interest in Corporate Services. Familiarity with or interest in Workplace, Admin Operations, Physical Security, or EHS is a plus.
