Our Team CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing content diversity and continuously improving the content consumption experience of different user groups. 2. Analyze user needs, consumption characteristics, content supply and demand structure, explore content growth points, output diversified content strategies to optimize content experience and user perception. 3. Work closely with product teams, platform ops and other teams to effectively coordinate resources of all parties to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Good understanding of video content operation and content diversity. - Data oriented, be able to conduct content analysis and judge content potentials and priorities from data. - Fluency in English, both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from any major - 3+ years of experience in content project management or operations, with a good understanding of video content operation and content diversity - Experience working in an online collaboration environment ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
