About the Team In the Organizational Culture (OC) department, our Internal Marketing and Engagement team (Global Event Hub) focuses on creating enriching activities and engagements for employees. We aim to raise awareness of our company's culture and mission, promoting global adoption of our values. Our goal is to foster teamwork, inspire passion at work, and unite everyone in achieving our objectives. This position will be based in the US and report directly to the global team (currently based in China), collaborating with local OC colleagues and cross functional teams (e.g. Admin, Internal Comms, etc). This role has an RTO expectation of 3 days minimum requirement to the office. What will I do? - Annual Planning: Consolidate AMS Annual OC Event Plan based on Global Event Strategy and Priority. - Global Campaign Execution: Support Global Event Hub to host Global Campaign in AMS by collaborating with local OC colleagues and following Global Event SOP. - Standard & Evaluation: Proactively facilitate local events across the region and ensure those events reflect the company culture. Coordinate with local OC colleagues to provide timely evaluation and report consolidation. - Resource Integration: Provide practical solutions to business requests, including but not limited to sourcing swag, visual design, logistics, and agency partnership, etc. - Communication and Intelligence: Facilitate regular communication between global and local teams. Form insightful local intelligence reports to enhance global-local understanding and synchronization.

What experience should I have? Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years working experience within Organizational Culture, Event Marketing, Employee Engagement and/or similar type of experience. - Have a keen sense of cross-cultural communication. A global mindset is a must-have as it's inherent in daily communication in and out of the department. - Possess basic knowledge of marketing operations and execution process (i.e. from design, vendor sourcing, production to launch). - Tech savvy with essential computer skills and office tools (e.g. document, excel, ppt, etc) and be able to present basic data reports. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or above in Communications or Marketing is preferable. - Project management experience is a plus. - Previous background in creative and/or event management companies is advantageous - Possible opportunities to travel. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $174400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
